    1. Im a big Star Wars fan, and Boba Fett is probably my favorite character in the Star Wars Universe. (I never could figure out why, just something is cool about him!) That said, this series shows Boba at his baddest. As you can probably guess, Boba Fett is NOT dead, but an elite squad of Imperial Assassins attempts to kill him, and fails. So as you can imagine, Fett isn't happy, and his revenge mission shows some of the reasons I like the character so much! He's a bad a$$!Any fans of Star Wars or [...]

    2. Who would have thought that Boba Fett would be this interesting? I wish he could have been used to this extent in the actual films.

    3. Adds some meat to an character given little screen time in the original trilogy. Bonus star for The Vader Confrontation.

    4. I’ve been on a pretty big Star Wars kick lately due to the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. So to satiate my hunger for more Star Wars stories, I looked over my book collection once again and decided to reread Star Wars: Blood Ties – Boba Fett Is Dead.Written by Tom Taylor and drawn by Chris Scalf, Star Wars: Blood Ties – Boba Fett Is Dead is a short four-issue story that is apparently part of a larger series but thankfully you don’t need to have to read any them if you just want [...]

    5. “Star Wars: Blood Ties – Boba Fett is Dead” (Dark Horse Books, Lucas Books)Introducing Connor Freeman, Mac Ewevs (Commando Officer), Teychenne (female assassin) & Sintas (Boba Fett's ex-lover)Boba Fett is dead. The most infamous hunter in the galaxy has been hunted. He's lying, broken, on the desert floor. He's more blaster-holes than man. It's the ultimate ending. However, this is just the start of our story. With the fall of Fett broadcast across the galaxy, someone rises to avenge h [...]

    6. Boba Fett is Dead is not really what I want in a Boba Fett story. I didn't mind the family relationship in Blood Ties, but I don't want to think of Boba Fett as having such close relations with other people, let alone having a family of his own. The characterization of him is much different than say the novels by K.W. Jeter where he is a loner who doesn't want to rely on anyone else or have any weaknesses for his enemies to exploit. That type of person/character just makes so much more sense for [...]

    7. It's not quite 5 stars, but it's much more than 4 stars. All around the galaxy, word is getting around that Boba Fett is dead. Those who claim the kill wind up dead as well.Fett reveals himself to Connor and asks him to protect another bounty hunter with a very interesting and hard daughter. These two have very Mandalorian hearts and minds.I am the kind of person who forgets things easily. But on page 63 I knew just WHO Connor was protecting. This was a comic with great art and a story that did a [...]

    8. The artwork in this is amazing. Each panel looks like a painting. It's as if you can see the individual brush strokes. There is a lot of detail in the art, but there is also a softness and great lighting so that you aren't overwhelmed by it. The story is very good as well. I am not a Boba Fett fanboy and think he is somewhat overrated, but this is one of my favorites for this character so far. It also manages to tie together his EU backstory with the Prequel Trilogy and his EU future.

    9. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this short graphic novel. The painterly style works well with the story, which further explores and develops some of Fett's past as well as telling a new story. The added dimension to the character was interesting, especially in how it tied into other Expanded Universe canon tales, even as it also reconciled with Clone Wars. The story was good, the characters were interesting, and the action worked pretty well too. All in all, everything you could wan [...]

    10. A quick read that I picked up at Barnes and Noble. I always enjoy Boba Fett stories and this one is very well done. A great introduction for me in regards to Fett's wife and daughter, they are both just as bad ass as he is. I love how resourceful he is and how often he can cheat death.

    11. Boba's brotherThe second of the Blood Ties series, featuring Boba Fett, begins with his death and the fallout. It was a fun read, giving us more details on the extended Fett family. If you're a fan of the Man, you will enjoy this story.

    12. This is my first time reading a Star Wars comic. I have to say reading about one of my favorite characters from the Star Wars universe, Boba Fett, was pretty cool. I liked seeing how bad ass Boba Fett is. Star Wars fans and especially fans of Boba Fett will enjoy this graphic novel.

    13. This is a story about an alleged murder of Boba Fett and the inevitable revenge and return of Fett, this explores the way that Fett has a genetic legacy, both in terms of his reputation, his father's clones and even a daughter. Quite an entertaining read, amusing cameo from Darth Vader.

    14. Solid Boba Fett back story, great art, but little you don't already know if you're up to date on expanded universe Boba Fett novels. GREAT cameo by Darth Vader. Boba Fett fans like me should add a star.

    15. An enjoyable, well-written tale that is an incredibly fast read. I think there could have been more "meat" to the story, but for what is there, it's enjoyable. The art is nice as well.

    16. Loved this! Of course, any book that gives new life to old school Cantina characters is noting but pleasing to me. I enjoyed this tremendously.
