    1. "You and me, we're going to happen, angel. We've already happened. You just don't know it yet."4.25+ STARS! I read Wilde Edge directly after reading the first book in the series, Wilde Chase, and I have to say, I liked them both! Both can be read as stand-alones (dual POV) but do share supporting characters and if you plan to read both books, start with the first in the series, they are sequential. The hero, Tag, is much more alpha than this brother Ben was in the first book and the sex was hotte [...]

    4. These are really pretty short stories (under 100 pages I think or just about at?), but good for a quick read when you don't want to get engrossed in a longer book. In this one, Tag Wilde, introduced in book 1, a cop medically retired after being shot, is struggling to find his new path in life. There are five of these Wilde brothers by the way, and the first found his girl in book 1. Tag is without a job and needs to also find a new apartment. He finds both when he meets Jolena (Jo). She has an [...]

    5. I had read Wilde Chase and I loved the book so I decided to read the 2nd book in the series Taggart Wilde was a cop like the rest of his family until he was shot while undercover. The doctors told him he would never be able to work in the Chicago police force. While he is looking for a place to live his brother tells him to see Jo the landlord. Taggart meets her and wants a relation with her. Her ex husband tries to hurt her and his training comes into play. I loved this story. It tells you that [...]

    6. Would have given it three stars, except A) the author had to throw a pregnancy in the mix. SMHI don't get the latest phenomenon of getting the h pregnant within a few weeks/months of the relationship. I really really don't get it. It rather ruins the book for me.B) the "I love you" said by the H within a week of meeting the h. 1 meeting, 1 date, a weeks worth of phone calls and texts and you're in love. Really? Really?! Gimme a break

    7. I have no problem with people working in roles unusual for their gender. However, frequently I don’t feel like the author really adequately conveys a true sense of the job and how the unusual gendered character deals with it. That, however, I am happy to report, is not the case with Wilde Edge. I loved Jo and her love of classic cars. To read the rest of the review, please visit thetbrpile.weebly/reviews/

    8. Solid read with great character. Tag is a former cop who finds love with the lovely Jobut we first have to get rid a crazy ex.
