    1. My kids were thinking about a bake-off that usually happens in March of a year at a local library. This year was canceled due to babies due dates and not enough people to help work the event. That is okay. I know that it will happen again next year. So we had started going through books that I had for recipes that involved baking and I found some good ones in the book and marked them for later trial and error.     2. Good bookIt has some good recipes. I like how it focus on eating good food and not dieting. It was a good cookbook.


    3. Great recipes that anyone can make. I think most people will find things they enjoy in there and it helps you learn to eat healthier while still enjoying your food.


    4. Food allergies, diabetic friendly clean eating!As a diabetic I have to know the carb count. Yes! I can eat a majority of these recipes. I am really excited to try some of them especially this summer when I can use my own home grown veggies. Now to put my thinking cap on and research alternates for the nuts, hemp seeds, beef, eggs that I am either allergic or despise (eggs).


    5. I downloaded this recipe book because I'm trying to avoid processed foods. I found several recipes to try, although since I don't know much about "clean eating," I wasn't familiar with many of the ingredients used. There were a few editing issues--one recipe repeated an ingredient in two places on the ingredient list and another had no ingredients but just a blank space followed by directions. Most of the recipes were clear, however.


    6. Some good recipes. One of the best I've read. The only annoying thing??Seeing 'add salt or pepper for taste' on every single recipeI mean most have cumin and other spices in them so why bother with a bit of salt or pepper? Perhaps it is there for the more unhealthy people? Just doesn't seem right adding additional ingredients than is necessary.

One way of changing our lifestyle is to actually start by changing what we eat and this book has been helpful and informative in providing a collection of recipe for a whole year to aid in your own weight loss regimen. This book has been helpful and informative , a great source of clean eating intended for myself and my family. Good book. Every family should have it in their kitchen.


    8. Fabulous Clean Eating!I love cookbooks and I can't wait to try these. All the recipes look easy to prepare . I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately one of the recipes is missing the ingredients list.
