    1. A warm and fuzzy story about a monster who tries to avoid bedtime by saying they are not tired. I really liked big monster's strategy to keep asking little monster to show how they are not tired, which wore out the little monster. I also liked how the monster characters aren't assigned a gender. This would be a fun picture book to act out during storytime but is a little on the long side for preschoolers.

    2. Many parents will surely be able to relate to the experience described in this lively and humorous picture book. Although it's clearly time for bed, Big Monster cannot convince Little Monster that it's time to wind down. 3. A little monster evades bedtime by saying different parts are not tired yet. Big monster consistently request "Show me!" to prove the energy still left in little monster. A cute and fun bedtime read. Will likely be enjoyed in story time settings as well.

    4. I picked this up because of the adorable cover and I was not disappointed! It is really cute and shows the struggle of getting kids ready for bed when they're not tired. It's clever and cute! A must read. Adorable monsters and illustrations.

    5. Too chaos-inducing for story time in my opinion, but this could become a favorite routine for a child who needs to work out some energy before getting ready for bed.

    6. Colored pencil illustrations show a very young monster's day and bedtime routine. And, it turns out he is tired.

    7. Little Monster isn't tired, and he's going to prove it to Big Monster. Very cute and the appeal to kids is definitely there.
