    1. An interesting idea with good world building. Though none of the characters are saints, none of them are absolutely horrible either and this makes them all the more interesting. I do kind of wished there'd been some warning about the three-way, blissfully faded-out, since I didn't need any more description than what was on page (TMI much?), but I would have liked to see more of the in world dynamics of the trio over a longer period of time. 2. I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest reviewThis was a nice quick read. I liked the world-building with the university politics and the unique take on demons in this particular world. Also you don't often see books with a poly relationship featuring an asexual character so that was really nice. There was a good balance of adventuring and romance in the plot and I was laughing at how Alim thought everyone in his research party was attractive. I was sitting t [...]

    4. From Magnolia Reviews: Two PetalsI picked this book up despite the less than inviting title and, while I didn't think it was bad, I did think much of it was poorly composed. The characterizations were mostly unlikable and that greatly hurt my overall enjoyment of this story. I therefore cannot recommend it.
