    1. This book has a perfectly lovely cover that screams “paranormal romance” with its hunky guy and wolf howling at the moon cover art, but it’s incredibly misleading. So far interesting, i'm curious how the main plot really fractured and went away to new characters for a few chapters, then came back but with new mains, and is only now (on pg. 180) is it getting back on track to the original plot/characters. I am curious to how it will finish this up and if it will stay true to the synopsis on the back of the book, or if the synopsis writer should be fired lol. Very homosexual at the moment, but I am assuming that will change soon. ok finished - and im a litt [...]


    3. I would have given the book three stars (which is to say, maybe it wasn't amazing, but I was entertained) up until the last couple of chapters. The novel was recommended to me based on the werewolf mythos, which gets extremely short shrift throughout most of the story. We finally get to the real down-and-dirty (heh) supernatural stuff at the end--and then it's over. There's lots of potential here, lots of strong elements, but things just don't quite gel.
