    1. I really want to believe all the claims made in this book, but I don't see any citations anywhere. When you're making scientific claims as fact, then I really need to be able to access the resources that helped you come to that conclusion. I'm not going to just believe what you have to say because I want it to be true.


    2. Wonderful simple information to help kickstart or continue a healthy lifestyle. The first few chapter layout simple words of advice I loved. the recipes were de-lish and easy ingredients and great tips. My kindle version didn't view just right and words off center a bit! but still well worth the price and time on this cookbook!


    3. Great book that gives companion recipes to Axe's book called Eat Dirt. I really like what this man has to say. I won't be following his program 100% but my family has been making slow changes to our lifestyle. It's too early to tout any results but I am hopeful that I will see some benefits.



    4. I like that it goes back to basics, but a much healthier version of assorted delicious recipes. They are simple and healthy for you. I enjoyed the Sesame Carrot chips Teriyaki Salmon, Chicken Basil Stir Fry, Herbed Turkey Breast and many others. My husband also enjoyed many of the entrees, and snacks. Dr. Josh has a wonderful web page full of knowledge on leading a healthier life, and the reason I was willing to purchase this book.     5. The recipes sound simple and great, but I was hoping for more detail into all of the research and findings, or even the mention of a new unfamiliar ingredient among the recipes themselves. Often I saw recipes calling for aminos, and it would have been nice to know what exactly they do for a recipe, but I got nothing.Overall, can't wait to try a lot of these--very simple recipes to follow.


    6. I enjoyed many of the recipes in this cookbook. There are all easy to do and have few ingredients. My favorite recipe was West African Cashew Soup. Amazing! It's become "My Specialty" dish.The only downside is that the book does not include any nutritional information.
